Da Nang advertises “Tuong” to tourists

Da Nang has planned to introduce “Tuong”, a kind of Vietnamese traditional play, to international tourists to the city in 2010.
After the Lunar New Year Festival, various programmes of “Tuong” will be on stage at Nguyen Hien Dinh Tuong Theatre periodically.
Each programme introduces 10-minute excerpts of different plays as well as an exhibition on associated materials for “Tuong” performance. Masks, rods and DVDs, will also be on sale at souvenir shops.
