Over VND11 billion for Da Nang International Fireworks Competition

The People’s Committee of central Da Nang City on January 25th held a press conference to call on sponsors for the 2010 International Fireworks Competition which is expected to take place on March 27th and 28th this year.
Reportedly, the event’s organising board has signed contracts with several sponsors with a total initial donation of over VND11 billion, of which Cienco and Vietnam Airlines contributing VND3.2 billion and VND3 billion, respectively.
The third International Firework Competition under the theme “Legend of Han River” will be held along the Han River bank, drawing the participation of five teams from the host city, the U.S, France, Portugal and Japan.
