First class carriages for Hanoi-Haiphong route

As part of a VND7.5 billion project by the Vietnam Railways Corporation’s passenger transport socialisation, six first class carriages were introduced by Hanoi Railways Passenger Transport Company and Hoa Phuong Railways Service Joint Stock Company on February 3rd for passengers on the Hanoi-Hai Phong route.
According to the Hanoi Railways Passenger Transport Company, in the near future, there will be two trains from Hanoi’s Long Bien Railway Station at 9.30am and 6.10pm to Hai Phong, and vice versa at 6.10am and 3.10pm to Hanoi everyday.
Soft and hard seats will cost VND38,000 and VND30,000 per person, respectively.
