Quang Ninh receives over 1 million tourists in first two months of the year

     The Northern province of Quang Ninh received over 1 million tourists during the first two months of this year, of which around 367,451 people came to see Halong Bay, according to the Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
However, the total number of tourists visiting Halong Bay, including 164,125 international visitors, was only 88.6% of that of the last year, a sharp decrease in comparison with the same period of the previous year.
Several travel agencies, such as Redtour, Vietravel, and Saigontourist, have been offering a number of attractive discount tours to Halong in the hopes of attracting more tourists to the province in the near future.
