Vung Tau sets up second International Kite Festival 2010

The second Vung Tau International Kite Festival 2010 will take place from March 25th to 29th in Southern city of Vung Tau with the participation of nearly 30 countries, said the organising board.
On March 26th, there will be a kite performance by artisans from Ba Ria Town, Ho Chi Minh City, Bien Hoa City, Nha Trang City, Binh Thuan, and Thu Dau Mot Town.
The festival will feature 100 art kites and 900 popular kites flown by 900 pupils and students on the occasion of the Thang Long – Hanoi 1,000th anniversary.
