US-Vietnam artists to perform “Thang Long” concert

About 20 artists from the US Southwest Symphony Orchestra will play with Vietnamese artists in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City from March 11-21 and then in Pasadena and Los Angeles from April 15-May 4.
The information was released by the Vietnam National Academy of Music at a press conference in Hanoi on March 11.
The concert is jointly held by the Vietnamese Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Vietnam National Academy of Music, the US Embassy in Vietnam and the US Southwest Symphony Orchestra.
This is the largest musical event ever in the two countries’ diplomatic relations and will mark the 1000th anniversary of Thang Long-Hanoi.
