Cable car rises over Vung Tau

town of Vung Tau gives travelers a panoramic view of the area’s beaches and
hills.
Opened on February 17, the system carries travelers from the Bai Truoc (Front
Beach) to the Ho May Tourism Resort on the Big Mountain at a height of 201
meters above sea level.
The VND250 billion (US$13.1 million) first stage of Ho May has just been
completed. The resort hosts a variety of tourism facilities, including a cherry
blossom orchard, a pine forest, a peacock garden, and a waterfall.
The ticket costs VND100,000 for adults and VND50,000 for children. The fee
includes sightseeing by foot and bus at Ho May Tourism Resort. Vung Tau, one of
the closest beach destinations to Ho Chi Minh City, is located in the southern
province of Ba Ria - Vung Tau.
