The Kite-flying Festival 2010 opened on March 24th

The festival attracts the participation of a number of artisans from Ba Ria-Vung
Tau, Ho Chi Minh City, Khanh Hoa, Binh Duong and Dong Nai provinces.
100 kites made by these artisans will be flown at the same time in the sky over
the 700 meters long beach on March 25th. In the mean time, 900 other kites made
by the provincial Youth Union Committee members will also be flown over the
beach from Nghinh Phong Cape to the area bordering the East Sea Tourism Complex.
So altogether 1,000 kites will fly at the same time to celebrate the 1,000th
