Quang Ninh to have a US$500 million tourism-urban area

ATS Investment Joint Stock Company and investors from China and the U.S.A., on April 12th signed a cooperation agreement to invest in Sen Viet tourism urban zone in Yen Tu, in the northern province of Quang Ninh.
This US$500 million project consists of a villa, a hotel, an international convention center, an urban area including a rural market, a traditional craft village and an antiques exhibition area and a large zone for organising big events.
The Sen Viet tourism urban zone will be built on an area of 700 hectares near the Yen Tu historical site in Quang Ninh province.
