Ha Long hosts World’s Most Beautiful Bays Club conference

Ha Long city in the northern province of Quang Ninh will host the World’s Most Beautiful Bays Club Conference from April 29th to May 2nd.
Established in 1997, the World’s Most Beautiful Bays Club currently has 30 official members, including Ha Long Bay in Quang Ninh, Nha Trang Bay in the southern central province of Khanh Hoa, and Lang Co Bay in the central province of Thua Thien Hue. The club has also planned to admit 4 new members during this year’s conference.
According to Ha Long Bay’s management board, this year’s event, coinciding with the Ha Long Tourism Festival 2010, will be a good opportunity to promote a voting campaign for Ha Long Bay as one of the world’s new seven natural wonders.
