Ngu Hanh Son to be built into cultural park

The Da Nang People’s Committee has just approved a detailed plan on Ngu Hanh Son Cultural and Spiritual Park.
The project, which could attract some VND 2,000 billion in investment, was drawn up by the Centre for Construction and Architectural Research, Application and Experiment.
Under the project, the five mounts of Kim Son, Moc Son, Thuy Son, Hoa Son and Tho Son will be developed and mounts will function as theme parks.
Thuy Son will be organised under the theme of water culture, while Tho Son will serve as an open-air museum of statues and rock works, Kim Son and Hoa Son will become the place to worship the Goddess of Mercy and hold spiritual rites and ceremonies, and Moc Son will be used to gather rare plants.
According to designers, the focus of the park will be a stone fine art museum, which will be built underground, being modeled upon a large cave.
Nearly 1,600 local households who mainly work in crafts will be arranged into 3 villages in the park.
