France funds for lighting projects in Hanoi

Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee Nguyen Van Khoi and Chief of the Lighting Agency, Jacques Fournier, representative for Lyon, France have signed an aid package for lighting projects in Hanoi.
Under the agreement, artic lighting projects will be built in 26 places in the capital city to serve the celebration of the 1,000th foundation of Thang Long – Ha Noi.
According to officials, investment would total EUR 480,000, of which EUR 340,000 is funded by the Agency of French Development (AFD) and Lyon Lumièr, and Hanoi is to provide the remainder of some EUR 140,000 for the projects.
