VND 1.4 trillion to build a tourist complex

Nha Trang PetroVietnam Joint Stock Company on May 25th broke ground for a golf and eco-villa complex in Khanh Hoa.
The complex covers an area of 171 ha on the renowned bay of Nha Trang.
According to the investors, the project which will cost some VND 1,400 billion, is to build a 36-hole golf course, green villas, an international convention center, a five-star resort as well as other facilities.
In addition to Nha Trang PetroVietnam Joint Stock Company as the principal investor, the project also draws other investors, including PetroVietnam Construction Company, PetroVietnam Ha Long Urban and Infrastructure Investment (Petroland), PetroVietnam Finanace Corporation (PVFC) and Son Hong Construction Company (Incomex).
The project has great potential as it located near NhaTrangCity, a famous tourist destination with good weather condition year round.
The project is expected to finish in the second quarter of 2014.
