Vung Tau to host World Culinary Festival 2010

As part of the National Tourism Programme and the Great Festival to celebrate 1,000 years of Thang Long – Hanoi, the World Culinary Festival 2010 will be held in the southern coastal city of Vung Tau from July 21st to 27th .
According to the organizing board, the festival will draw the participation of 40 provinces and cities nationwide, along with around 40 countries and territories over the world.
It is a good opportunity for these countries to introduce the features of their traditional culinary culture to international tourists.
This year's festival is expected to attract some 600,000 to 800,000 domestic visitors and around 100,000 international tourists.
