The Department of Performing Arts under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Viet Nam Circus Federation will organise the third International Circus Festival in Ha Noi between August 6 and 11, aiming to celebrate the 1,000th anniversary of Ha Noi.
The event, the biggest-ever circus festival in the country, is expected to attract troupes from Viet Nam, China, South Korea, Mongolia, Russia, Ukraine, Pole, France, Germany, the US and Mexico.
