Sea tours attract visitors in June

The number of tourists taking sea tours in June increased to 50% from 20%, compared to the same period last year, according to the figures from travel agencies.
The Hanoi Redtour sold sea tours to around 2,000 visitors going to the country’s three regions, an increase of 50% compared to last year’s figures, while a larger number of tourists have booked for the Vietran Tour Company’s tours, an increase of around 20% compared to the same period last year.
Nguyen Cong Hoan, Director of the Hanoi Redtour, said that more Vietnamese tourists want to choose domestic sea tours because of hot weather, the improvement of living standards, Vietnam Airlines’ early promotion programs, and the recent political uncertainties in Thailand.
On this occasion, many travel companies have offered interesting sea tours to their customers, with a lot of hotels along beautiful beaches in Hai Phong, Nghe An, Quang Binh, Danang and Nha Trang being fully booked until the end of July.
