Over 1,000 people work for Miss Vietnam Contest

More than 1,000 people have worked to mount the final round of the Miss Vietnam Pageant 2010, which is held from August 1st to 14th at the Tuan Chau Resort in the northern province of Quang Ninh.
Before the arrival of 37 candidates at the resort, the organising panel had fully prepared for all activities of the ongoing event, and employees at the resort have worked hard for about 4 months.
All the candidates, being well treated and protected at the resort, took tours to Ha Long Bay on a five-star yacht, the Tuan Chau Paradise.
The final night will be held at the main stage of the Tuan Chau Resort on August 14th. Before that, two contests, Miss Sea and Miss Talent, will be launched at the International Tuan Chau tourist site on August 7th and August 9th respectively.
According to the organising panel, around 4,000 of 7,000 tickets for the final night have been sold to visitors. At present, travel agencies continue to buy tickets for their tourists to watch the contest.
