Hanoi in HCM City age through photos

“Thang Long-Hanoi in the HCM City age – Years to define the country” exhibition will open at the Ho Chi Minh Museum in Hanoi on August 17 to introduce the public to magnificent periods in Hanoi’s history.
The exhibition is among various events celebrating Hanoi’s 1000th anniversary, organized by the National Archive Centre III, Ho Chi Minh Museum, and the Party Central Committee Office’s Archive Department.
Coming to the exhibition, the audience will have a chance to discover Hanoi’s history through 150 rare documents, 100 photos, and 50 objects selected from the archives of the three above agencies.
Exhibits will be displayed based on timeline: Hanoi before 1945, Hanoi during the wars of resistance against France and the US, the capital city after the war, and Hanoi today.
