Licensing Trung Hoi Resort Project

The Binh Dinh Economic Zone Authority gave the Trung Hoi Tourist Co., Ltd. an investment license for construction of the Trung Hoi Resort Project on almost 106ha at a total cost of about VND2.27 trillion.
The project will be located in the north of the Nhon Ly - Cat Tien Resort in the Nhon Hoi Economic Zone. It will include a four-star hotel, a park, a camping area, a sport area, a sea eco-tourist area, an entertainment area, a general trading area, a food area and a public bath area.
Construction will take place in three phases from 2010 to 2020.
