The Air Mekong, a private airlines in Viet Nam, plans to launch its first commercial flight on the 1000th birthday of Thang Long-Ha Noi.
The carrier schedules to provide services on 11 routes, including Ha Noi–Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC), Ha Noi-Da Nang, Ha Noi-Phu Quoc, Ha Noi-Buon Me Thuot, Ha Noi-Pleiku, and HCMC-Da Lat, with 32 flights/day during October 10, 2010-March 26, 2011.
Tickets are offered for sale since mid-September.
Air Mekong, established in October 2008, is the third private carrier in Viet Nam after Indochina Airlines and VietJet Air.
