VND 600 billion funded for tourist site in Hau River

The 1/500 plan on the Hau River Tourist Site has just been passed by the Can Tho People’s Committee. The tourist site that covers about 88,000 square meters of Cai Khe Islet in the Hau River, Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho will be organised into several sections: high-quality hotels, residential houses, a convention center, restaurants, health-care services, sport and entertainment, as well as other tourist services.
According to estimates, a joint venture between Can Tho Guesthouse and Dia Cau Trade – Services Ltd., the project investors, will fund VND 600 billion for the project.
The project is planned to be started on January 1st, 2011 and finished after 36 months of implementation.
