First compact disk exhibition to be launched in Hanoi

The first CD exhibition will be held from September 23rd to 28th at 39 Hang Bai Street in Hanoi, by the Phuong Nam Film Company and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism’s agency to celebrate national events in 2010.
Recently, the Phuong Nam Film Company has released a series of popular Vietnamese films over the last 50 years. During the upcoming event, items to be introduced to visitors will include a collection of more than 50 Vietnamese classic films, recorded on DVDs, such as Chi Tu Hau (Ms. Tu Hau), Vi tuyen 17 Ngay va Dem (17th Paralled Days and Nights), Moi tinh dau (First Love), Toi loi cuoi cung (Last Sin), Sao Thang 8 (August Star), Canh dong hoang (Wild Field), Biet Dong Sai Gon (Saigon Task Force), Co gai tren song (Girl on River), Ben khong chong (Wharf without Husband) and many others.
On this occasion, the company, a distributor of Warner Bros, 20th Century Fox and Disney, will also sell famous foreign films, such as Avatar, Alice in Wonderland, Percy Jackson & The Olympians: The Lighting Thief, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Jumbo, and other movies.
In addition, DVDs and CDs on music and education programs for children will be on sale during the exhibition, and there will be a promotion program for many products during the event.
