More international air routes to HCMC

Two more international air routes will be opened in the near future, linking Ho Chi Minh City to Vientiane, Laos and Yangon, Myanmar.
The Lao Airlines will fly three times a week from Vientiane to Ho Chi Minh City from October 19th. These flights, which transit in Pakse in Champasak Province, will depart from Vientiane on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and from Ho Chi Minh City on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
Meanwhile, Vietnam Airlines will also conduct three flights a week at 4.30 pm on Monday, Friday and Sunday between Ho Chi Minh City and Yangon from November 15th, said representatives from the air carrier.
Recently, Vietnam Airlines and Jetstar Pacific have carried out special promotion programs for passengers on the occasion of the 1,000th anniversary of Thang Long–Hanoi.
