More tourists rush to Hanoi

More and more passengers are trying to fly to Hanoi to witness the 1,000th Anniversary of Thang Long–Hanoi, filling all the flights from Vietnam Airlines and Jetstar Pacific.
And many more have still failed to find airfares and accommodation in the capital at this time.
All hotels are full despite increased costs and many travel agencies, including Saigontourist and Vietravel, say that they cannot meet the demands of customers.
Tourists could only stay in Hanoi for only one or two nights to take part in events during the Great Festival before choosing to tour sites in Northern provinces or return home.
