Starting the 2nd stage of the Courtyard by Marriott –Ham Tan resort project

Saigon-Ham Tan tourism join-stock company and Hoa Binh real estate join-stock company have started the 2nd stage of Courtyard by Marriott-Ham Tan resort project in La Gi town.
The project, located in Tan Binh commune, about 60km from Phan Thiet city, has the total area of about 200ha. The total capital is invested about VND 3,000 billion by Saigon-Ham Tan tourism join-stock company of Saigon investment group as an investor. It includes complex commercial area, services, amusements, culture and sports section and deluxe villas. The project was consulted to design by Wimberly Allison Tong and Goo architecture company (WATG) of America, under the management of restaurants and hotels of Marriott International group (USA).
It is being implemented by 2 main contractors including Hoa Binh real estate - construction join-stock Company (HBC) and Coma 9 – Mechanics Corporation (Coma 9). Hoa Binh company (HBC) constructs hotels, auxiliary section, sea-view villas, a 200-seat restaurant, conference hall and spa section, with the tender package worth of about VND 80.99 billion. COMA 9 builds villas, Bungalow, Main Lobby and a 150-seat restaurant, with the tender package worth of about VND 37.54 billion. It will take 18 months to complete the project.
