Cotecland to launch property project in Vung Tau

Cotec Land and Housing Investment JSC (Cotecland) says it will this weekend start marketing its property project named Blue Sapphire Resort Vung Tau underway in the southern coast city of Vung Tau.
The company has joined hands with its member Asia Construction Investment and Tourism JSC (CotecAsia) to develop the property project on nearly 77,000 square meters in Chi Linh Beach in the resort town.
Cotecland says it has invested some VND1,000 billion to develop the project, which includes a section for a five-star hotel with some 150 rooms, a section for 36 luxury beachfront villas, and a condo building with 390 apartments and penthouses from 65 to 300 square meters each. Other serviced facilities such as a yacht club, restaurant and spa are also designed in the tourism property project.
The developer woos potential buyers with investment yields coming from leasing service program to be managed by the international management company Swiss-Belhotel International.
Cotecland says the project’s model villa will open this weekend, and it is scheduled to finish the villa and apartment section in the project by March 2012.
Besides the project, the company has also started work on Blue Sapphire Tower Vung Tau, Blue Sapphire Resort Phan Thiet and other properties in Binh Duong and Dong Nai provinces.
