Preparation for National Tourism Year 2011

The Vietnam Tourism Administration’s Marketing Department will send a delegation to survey some Southern Central provinces to prepare for the upcoming National Tourism Year 2011, with the theme “Sea and Islands”, to be held in the coastal provinces.
Accordingly, during the field-trip from Khanh Hoa Province to Danang City, the delegation will check infrastructure, services, tourist routes and destinations in these provinces.
From the survey, the Vietnam Tourism Administration will collect opinions on investment cooperation and build tours and tourism trademarks in the region, then, next year, the agency will launch tourism promotion programs inside and outside of the country.
A press conference will be held on November 13th to introduce the upcoming event.
