EU institutes for culture set up cluster for Vietnam

Seven European cultural organizations and embassies will co-establish a working group called EUNIC Cluster Vietnam to introduce the diverse culture of Europe to Vietnam.
This group will be part of the European National Institutes for Culture (EUNIC).
A ceremony to introduce the EUNIC Cluster Vietnam will take place in Hanoi on November 18 with the participation of the British Council, the Goethe Institute, the French Cultural Centre (L’Espace), the Wallonie-Bruxelles, and the cultural sections of the embassies of Italy, the Netherlands, and Austria.
Such an establishment is expected to turn Vietnam into an important arm of the EUNIC network.

A European Music Festival will be held in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City in late November to celebrate 20 years of diplomatic ties between the European Union and Vietnam. The festival will be attended by talented singers from Europe.
There will be also many European cultural activities such as dancing days, literature week, and language week.
