Additional 2,500 tourists on Costa Classica visit Vietnam
On November 15, the Saigon Travel Service Company
(Saigontourist) received the luxury cruise ship Costa Classica with 2,500
tourists and crew mainly from Italy, Spain, Germany, and England at the Navil
Oil Port, Ho Chi Minh City.
After docking at the Navil Oil Port, the tourists participated in discovery
tours through Ho Chi Minh City and My Tho with leisure activities including
water puppetry theatre, visiting the Cu Chi Tunnels, the fishery port at Tan
Thanh District, Phuong Nam Lacquerware Shop, and tropical fruit gardens on the
Mekong River.
At the nightfall of the same day, Costa Classica departed Ho Chi Minh City for
Tien Sa Port, Central Coastal City of Danang to continue its discovery trip to
the city.
At the night of November 17, Costa Classica will say goodbye to Danang to sail
to Sanya Port, China. On November 23, the cruise ship will return to Vietnam to
complete its six-day trans-Viet route.
