Hanoi works with north-eastern provinces to develop sea – island tourism

Hanoi’s Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has implemented a cooperative program to develop sea - island tourism in north - eastern provinces.
The Department has held field-trips to popular tourist sites such as Van Don, Co To and Quan Lan islands in Quang Ninh Province to learn more about tourism infrastructure, products, and services as well as transportation means.
Earlier, having conducted several surveys of sea tourist sites in Hai Phong City, Hanoi’s tourism sector will work with the relevant provinces to build tours and programs in order to attract more tourists to Quang Ninh and Hai Phong in the near future.
