Expanding tourism in the US market

The Ho Chi Minh City Culture, Sports and Tourism will organise and lead a group of Vietnamese travel agents to the US to survey its tourist market from November 28th to December 9th, the agency unveiled recently.
The Vietnamese tourism delegation comprises tourism officials and tourist companies and travel agents in Hanoi and HCM City.
Under the plan, the delegation, in collaboration with local partners, namely Viet Circle, American Tour International (ATI) and American Airlines will work and carry out market surveys and tourist promotion in large US cities such as Los Angles, San Diego, Las Vegas, Washington DC, New York and so on.
According to officials, the visit is aimed to attract more US tourists to Vietnam as well as organising tours in the US for potential Vietnamese visitors.
