Saigontourist and Que Huong Liberty Joint Stock
Company on November 29th, started construction of the five-star Pullman Saigon
Centre in Tran Hung Dao Street, Ho Chi Minh City.
The five-star hotel, with a total investment capital of around US$60 million,
will consist of three basements and 24 floors with around 300 apartments and
other service areas such as a restaurant, a convention center, a health club and
an entertainments area.
As planned, Pullman Saigon Centre will be operational by 2013 under the
management of Accor Group.
The same day, Saigontourist and Que Huong Liberty officially inaugurated the
four-star Liberty Central Hotal in Le Thanh Ton Street, District 1 in Ho Chi
Minh City. The 12-storey hotel with 139 rooms will be managed by Saigontourist.
