Seminar on tourism cooperation among Northern provinces

The Vietnam Administration of Tourism, in association with the Hai Phong Provincial People’s Committee, has held a seminar on tourism development cooperation in Hai Phong and Quang Ninh provinces.
According to the participants at the event, the two provinces, seen as the most developed provinces in the Northern region, have a lot of potentials and advantages to develop tourism.
However, both of the provinces have not taken full use of these advantages due to shortcomings in tourism development planning and management, and lack of investment and special tourist products. In addition, the quality of tourism promotion activities and human resources are still low.
On this occasion, the participants recommended measures to develop tourism in the two provinces in order to turn them into one of the best tourism destinations in the country.
