Son La Culture-Tourism Week to be launched

Son La Province will host the Culture-Tourism Week 2010 with various diverse culture and tourism programs from December 25th to 28th.
The event includes the international trade fair, tours to the Son La Hydroelectric Power Plant, an art performance by local people at Son La Hydroelectric Power Plant resettlement village, students’ art performance program, Province’s cuisine contest and the tour guides contest.
The Culture-Tourism Week 2010 is a chance for Son La, a new but promising destination in the northwestern part of the country, to introduce its tourism potential to Vietnamese people and international friends.
