Lam Dong receives 3.1 millionth foreign visitor

Lam Dong provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism on December 30 welcomed the 3.1 millionth foreign visitor this year.
The special visitor is Nguyen Xuan Sanh, an overseas Vietnamese from Germany, who came to Lam Dong province for a sightseeing trip.
According to the province’s Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, this is the first time the number of tourists in Lam Dong exceeded 3 million, among whom 163,000 were foreign visitors.
Later, the representatives of province’s tourism industry announced they aimed to receive 3.5 million of visitors, including 180,000 foreign visitors, by the end of 2011.
