US$ 40 million to build Mipha Resort in Vung Tau
A luxurious eco-tourist resort is to sprout in
Phuoc Tuan Commune, Xuyen Moc District, Ba Ria-Vung Tau, local officials unveil
yesterday.
Local authorities have confirmed that Nam Long Joint-Stock Company in
cooperation with Mipha Joint-Stock Company has given investment licenses to
build Mipha Resort along the local beach near a series of other resorts in Vung
Tau City.
The project will comprise a main hotel with 200 rooms, 62 villas and bungalows
with 180 rooms and 200 apartments in 5-floor blocks, which, in aggregate, are
expected to accommodate 1,318 tourists.
In addition, there will be restaurants, spas, swimming pools, clubs, sports and
an entertainment site.
According to the investors, the whole project will cost some US$ 40 million and
it will reach a 4-star level resort.
The entrepreneurs are preparing the site for construction and the project will
be managed by the renowned international hotel manager, Accor.
