More tourist boats to be built

The Ship Institute, under the University of Nha Trang, has received contracts to built 10 tourist boats for travel agencies in Nha Trang City this year, according to Dr. Nguyen Van Dat, Director of the Institute.
On January 20th, the Institute launched a rescue boat for the Military Zone 5, and a tourist boat, the Thanh Van 07, for its customers.
Built with modern equipment, the rescue boat will carry out search-and-rescue missions for the Khanh Hoa Provincial Military Command, while the Thanh Van 07 will be used for sea tours.
Dr. Nguyen Van Dat added that the Institute will launch two additional tourist boats for other local travel agencies to meet demands of tourists during the Tet festival.
