Three tourist cruises dock at Nha Trang Port

Three ships docked Nha Trang Port on February 9th, bringing thousands of international tourists to the beautiful city in Khanh Hoa Province.
The ships included the “Nautica” with 700 tourists and 360 crew members, the “Minerva” with 400 tourists and 200 crew members and the “Princess Daphne” with 300 tourists and 200 crew members.
On arriving in Nha Trang, the tourists visited the city centre with tourist sites and enjoyed delicious dishes of the coastal city.
Mr. Bui Xuan Luong from Khanh Hoa Department for Culture, Sports and Tourism said that this was the first time the city received three international tourist ships at the same time.
Earlier, on February 5th, “The Artemis”, a ship under the Bermuda flag, docked at the port, bringing 1,800 tourists to the city.
According to Khanh Hoa Department for Culture, Sports and Tourism, within five days of the Lunar New Year (Feb. 3rd – 7th, 2011), the city received nearly 96,000 tourists, including 19,000 foreign tourists.
