“Soldiers” filmed in Hoi An

Russia’s IKA Film Studio, with assistance of the Chanh Phuong Film Studio, is shooting a film, “Soldiers”, directed by Stanislav Ivanov, on the ancient streets of Hoi An.
As planned, the filming in Hoi An and My Son Sanctuary will be made until February 19th.
The film, featuring Soviet Union experts sent to Vietnam to give assistance during the Vietnam War, is to highlight the friendship and solidarity between Vietnam and Soviet Union at that time.
In the film, Pavel, his special agents, Thang and other Vietnamese soldiers, like close friends, overcome various dangers in the war to fulfill their tasks.
