The MOCST gives opinions about the detailed plan with the rate 1/500 of the Hon Mot tourist area (Khanh Hoa)

Recently, the MOCST already had the Document No. 346/BVHTTDL-DSVH to submit the Khanh Hoa provincial People’s Committee, giving opinions about the detailed plan with the rate 1/500 of Hon Mot tourist area.
Previously, the MOCST received the Document No. 5891/UBND dated 4 November 2010 by the Khanh Hoa provincial People’s Province give opinions about the detailed plan with the rate of 1/500 of Hon Mot tourist area. After studying, the MOCST had the following opinions:
The detailed plan with the rate of Hon Mot tourist area including: the advanced eco villa area; service work areal green tree area and coastal area; transport area. Basically, this plan grasps tightly the overall scheme of protecting, restoring and developing values of Nha Trang Bay which was agreed by the MOCST at the Document No. 3497/BVHTTDL-DSVH dated 30 September /2010. However, the content of the scheme to propose to build up in the East and the South of the island is not suitable for the overall scheme of protecting, restoring and embellishing the values of Nha Trang Bay.
