International Boat Racing Festival 2011 to be held in Binh Thuan

The International Boat Racing Festival 2011, titled “Boat, Sea, Sand and Sun”, is scheduled to take place in Mui Ne in the southern province of Binh Thuan from March 17-23.
The event will be attended by 20 sailing groups, including many strong rivals from Russia, the Netherlands, Sweden, the US, Italy, Greece, Spain and Japan.
This is a good opportunity for Southeast Asian nations to make thorough preparations for the upcoming 26th SEA Games in Indonesia in November.
The Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) has signed decisions to choose Haiyang (China) to host the 3rd Asian Youth Games in 2012, Fuket (Thailand) to host the 4th Asian Beach Games in 2014 and Nha Trang (VietNam) to host the 5th Asian Beach Games in 2016.
