Danang develops new tourist products

The central city of Danang will focus on developing new tourist products and services to attract more visitors, said Mr. Huynh Minh Son, Deputy-Director of the City’s Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Being a tourism centre in the Central region, Danang City has been successful with its promotion activities in recent years.
This year, the tourism sector has introduced some new destinations such as Danang Musuem – the biggest one in the Central region and the first private museum, Dong Dinh.
Moreover, the City also launched some new tourist products such as helicopter tours, diving tours, fishing tours, adventurous tours and special cookery programs.
In particular, five teams including Jubilee Fireworks from the UK, Hanwha from the Republic of Korea, Panda Fireworks from China, Parente Fireworks A&C SNC from Italia and the host Danang team will compete at the annual International Fireworks Competition 2011 (DIEC 2011) listed for Danang City, on the evenings of April 29th and 30th.
