We had a wonderful time on your tour you couldn�t fault any of the Guides or drivers, the hotels were better than we expected and well situated. The tours were great, the arrangements were excellent, almost everyone was so friendly and helpful. Overall we were very happy with the tour and have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone else or using you again.
The chance to have a rest and shower after the train trip to and from Sapa was both unexpected and very welcome.
All the included meals were excellent and plenty big enough.
The birthday cake at Siem Reap was very thoughtful thank you.

Just a couple of things to note none of which are the fault of your company at all and did not spoil our holiday in the slightest, just thought you might like to know about.
1. Hue Heritage Hotel, we were not offered a buffet breakfast either day just a set menu which didn�t have much in it, this might have been due to the low number of guests staying at the time as we only saw one other couple in the hotel the whole time we were there. But it could have been better
2. The Tay Do Can Tho, hotel didn�t seem to cater for western tourists and didn�t seem very interested in having any stay there. We didn�t bother going back there for lunch but kept heading to Chau Doc and had lunch on the way which saved time doubling back allowing extra time for sightseeing.
3. Our driver from HCMC to Chau Doc was called back by his company to drive back to HCMC just as we arrived at our hotel in Chau Doc about 4:00 PM after driving all day, I know this is nothing to do with your company but we were worried he would have an accident as he would not be getting home till after 01:00 am, so we told our guide to go back with him to help keep him awake (he offered to stay and put us on the boat in the morning but we thought it safer if he went with the driver). Our guide Minh, organized transport for us to the dock next morning so that was no problem. They were both wonderful for the 5 days we had them, Minh even took us to a couple of extra things that weren�t on the itinery.
