Night 1: Hanoi - Lao Cai
Our guide will pickup at your hotel in Hanoi. Get on night train/bus to Sapa, Lao Cai.

Day 1: Sapa – Y Linh Ho – Lao Chai – Ta Van (B, L, D)
Arrive Sapa, get on the tour with 12 km of trekking, visit Y Linh Ho and Lao Chai villages of the H’mong minority. Lunch at a local family in Lao Chai or in a drinking shop nearby the river bank, we keep on hiking to Ta Van village of the Dzay hill tribe where we have a homestay tonight.
Here you have opportunity to experience their daily life, work and original custom.

Day 2: Ta Van – Giang Ta Chai – Su Pan – Sapa (B, L, D)
14 km walking to visit 2 villages of the red Dzao, the H’mong (Giang Ta Chai & Su Pan). Visit a beautiful waterfall and rattan bridge. Enjoy landscapes… through bamboo forest on the way to the main road to get a jeep to return to Sapa.
Take a night train/bus to Hanoi. Arrive Hanoi at about 05:00 AM. Tour end.

Packing list: Passport, towels, toiletries, flash light, change of clothes, sun block, sun glasses, sun hat, insect repellent, proper hiking shoes and rain coat.

Included:
- 2 night stay on train/bus, 1 night homestay.
- Train/bus ticket from Hanoi to Lao Cai and vice-verse (A/C soft sleeper, 4 berths cabin). Taxi transfer from hotel to train/bus station.
- Jeep and bus transfer in Sapa.
- English speaking guide.
- Entrance fees.
- Meals as mentioned in the program.

Excluded:
- Travel insurances.
- Drinks and personal expenses (laundry, phone calls etc.).
- Tips and gratuities.
- Services not clearly mentioned above.

These Terms and Conditions is effective right after you book and pay deposit for the tour. Therefore you should read carefully. If you do not understand any part of the Terms and Conditions, please contact us for clarification.

Payment: Full payment is required upon booking (in which US$5 is non-refundable for administration costs) to confirm the booking. All the fees for money transfer/processing will be at customers’ side.

Cancellation and Refund: Cancellation should be made as soon as possible in writing via email. The date we receive the cancellation notice will determine the following cancellation fees:
* More than 7 days before departure date: No charge
* Within 7 days to departure date or no-show: Full charge
* There is no refund if you choose not to participate in the included activities on our itinerary.
* All the fees for refund will be at customers’ side.

Cancellation by us: While we try to operate the tour as described, we reserve the right to cancel the tour due to circumstances or events outside of our control. Changing by us will be informed you as soon as possible, if there is time to do so. When a change is made you may choose between accepting the change or getting a refund for that change.

Travel insurance: Travel insurance is compulsory for all of our travelers and should be taken out at the time of booking. Your travel insurance must provide cover against personal accident, death, medical expenses and emergency repatriation. We also strongly recommend it covers cancellation, curtailment, personal liability and loss of luggage and personal effects. You must provide proof of your travel insurance prior to departure of your trip; you will not be able to join the trip without it.

- If you are happy with the services provided a tip is highly appreciated. You should give the tip directly to the intended recipient: drivers, guides, porters, ...

Note on services:
In tour group your companions maybe come from different countries with wide range of age groups. We ask you to have responsibilities to and for the benefit of the group. Please be on time and make sure that no one is waiting for you.
Although our tour is not hard, you need to be in good health to join the group. If tourists are unable to follow the itinerary without undue risk to themselves and/or the rest of the group, we keep the right to exclude them from the trip without refund. Although our tour is moderate for all, you should self-assess your physical ability to complete the trip.

Pick-up condition:
From 07:30 to 08:00 PM at your hotel lobby/reception.
Since the tour guide has to pickup other travelers so there is no punctual time for picking up but travelers have to wait (about 15 to 30 minutes).
