Starting in August 2017, Boutique Cam Thanh Resort will launch it soft opening located in the coconut forest with 40 rooms and villas. The resort was inspired by the traditional Vietnamese village features with red tiles, bamboo rafters, and coconut leaves roofs. All rooms and villas are situated in three distinctive areas, each with their own swimming pool. At the villas gate, guests will be charmed by the green orchards garden, and the unobstructed view overlooking the cool clear water of the pool. A sort of welcoming home sign to our to guests.

8 X Superior Room (in block of two rooms): Superior rooms are located in separate blocks of two or four rooms with a thatched roof, a terrace area in the back and are located around two swimming pools.

24 X Superior Room (in blocks of four rooms): Rooms are in blocks of four with a thatched roof surrounding one of the three swimming pools, with a main open plan decorated entrance foyer area before entering the rooms.
4 X Villas (2 bedrooms): Located around one of the three swimming pools. All villas have an indoor area of 70 sqm and an outdoor terrace of 6 sqm. Three rooms are traditional designed villa with a thatched roof and modern amenities. Villas consists of two bedrooms with queen size bed and the facilities include private bathrooms with vanity, bathtub, shower air conditioning, television in bedrooms and seating area with cable TV channels, IDD telephone, mini-bar, safety box, hairdryer, bathrobes, wireless internet and tea/coffee making facilities.

* Dừa Spa: The spa area will have four treatment rooms for Spa therapies and two outdoor pavilions for foot massages, pedicures and manicures. All treatment rooms have their own private indoor bathrooms. Male and female locker rooms with private bathroom facilities and steam rooms are located on both sides of the Spa reception area.
* WEDDING
Couples seeking the perfect location for their dream wedding or honeymoon need only walk through the grounds of Boutique Cam Thanh Resort to find the dream site for their ideal tropical wedding.

* LÚA RESTAURANT
The Lúa restaurant is located near the Bar and Coffee house and is designed as an open plan area with a high roofed ceiling creating space and openness. The restaurant is cooled by the natural breezes from outside and has a thatched roof. A buffet is centered in the middle of the restaurant and an action cooking station buffet is located on one side of the restaurant.
The restaurant will serve as the venue point where breakfasts are served, as well as lunch and dinners and meals for groups. Beverages will be served from the bar adjoining to the restaurant. The focus of the food served here will be traditional Hoi An dishes with also Vietnamese and Asia specialties. Selected Western delectable’s are also on the menu. The restaurant will also have an outside terrace area for dining pleasure.
* NGON CAFÉ HOUSE
A traditional Vietnamese coffee house is situated next to the reception area. This is also an open plan design with a thatched roof where different styles and tastes of Vietnamese coffees are being served in a traditional local setting.
* NÓN BAR
The Nón bar with its thatched round roof and outdoor terrace area is located next to the restaurant. The bar will serve as a meeting area to get together with fellow guests for drinks and cocktails. A light snack menu will also be available in this outlet.
