The resort’s all-day dining restaurant, Mermaid serves up an extensive range of Western favorites and Asian delights. SPLASH POOL BAR
Serving guests poolside, Splash offers thirst-quenching alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks including blended coffees and fresh juices as well as the full range of items from the menu of neighboring Mermaid Restaurant. Cool down with a signature Lan Rung cocktail, a tropical concoction of rum, Cointreau, and orange and pineapple juices from the comfort of your sun lounger, or perhaps enjoy a plate of crispy fried calamari to share.
COMPASS GRILL
Inspired by the spirit of vintage exploration, the Compass Grill invites guests to savor fine surf and turf fare grilled to perfection. Enjoy a wide selection of imported, Australian meats, flavorsome sausages, and local seafood, all accompanied by fresh salads, classic soups, and other international favorites.
SCOOPS ICE CREAM
When the heat’s got you beat, duck in for some air-conditioning and a frozen treat at Scoops, located next to the resort’s main pool. Enjoy New Zealand Natural premium ice cream, a slice of homemade cake, or an old-fashioned milk shake in this vintage ice cream parlor overlooking the sea.
ELVIS COFFEE
A mecca for music lovers, Elvis Coffee is a light-hearted venue for drinks and cocktails as well as signature coffees and affogatos. The kitchen turns out light meals including pizzas, burgers, and grilled snacks while cocktails inspired by the King’s most-loved hits are popular with the weekend crowd. His Vietnamese namesake, celebrated 60’s crooner Elvis Phuong, is known to pop in every now and then to entertain the audience. Elvis Coffee also hosts live music performed by well-known Vietnamese artists while the stage and piano are available for fun-filled karaoke nights. The Elvis Coffee is also available for private functions, including birthday parties and casual get-togethers. We can create your own private space or you can rent out the entire venue for a truly memorable event.
Swimming Pool
Inspired by ancient Roman baths, our spectacular freeform swimming pool is the crowning jewel of the resort.

Sheathed in shimmering cobalt mosaics, swim to your heart’s content under graceful bridges that divide the pool into distinct lagoon-like areas with a maximum depth of 1.4 meters. Swim laps right by the beach or head up to our scenic cupola for sweeping views over the private 385-meter-long beach with a cocktail in hand. Comfortable lounge chairs invite sun worshippers to work on their tans, or seek shade under oversized market umbrellas with your favorite book. A shallow kids’ pool shaded by trees and a covered kids’ play area completes the complex. A second swimming pool is located by our brand-new condotel block with a spacious pool deck that’s ideal for evening events under the stars.
