We are available online via Skype, Outlook and Yahoo 9 hours a day, 6 days a week, and you can be sure that we will provide a rapid response to your request or query. During these hours, we will never reply your email later than 3 hours after receiving it.
In addition to our email service during working hours, should a problem arise or should you wish to contact us for any other reason even out of these hours, we have a 24/7 mobile service. This service is handled by our helpful tour operators, so you are sure to get through to us and have the problem resolved as soon as possible, and with your best interests in mind.
In the event that we should make any changes to the services provided, or if we fail to provide them, you will receive a full refund in whichever way we deem to be the most appropriate.
We once received an email from a customer expressing their surprise and thankfulness for giving them a full refund, but we firmly believe that a full refund should be given in the event that a service is not provided as it was set out in the agreement.
