Quang Ninh tourism sees a robust growth in the first 6 six months

Quang Ninh tourism has gained remarkable results in the first six months of 2016. Tourism centers within the province have made much positive changes; the number of tourist arrivals to Quang Ninh has increased and many new tourism products have just gone into operation with high quality.
In the first 6 months, the number of tourist arrivals to Quang Ninh is over 5.4 million, an increase of 4 percent compared to the same period of 2015. Of which, international arrivals reached nearly 2 million, up 52% over the same period last year. The total tourism revenue gained over 7,083 bln, up 12% in comparision with the same period last year.
According to the leader of Tourism Department, from now till the end of the year, one of the key tasks of Quang Ninh tourism sector is to continue focusing on mobilizing various resources, raising the quality of tourism services, ensuring security and safety for the tourists, as well as improving tourism environment in order to develop a safe, friendly and attractive Quang Ninh.
