2- Ho chi minh city half day tour (OPHc2)
Depart from your hotel to visit most of the main attractions in the city within only 4 hours. Our first stops are Notre Dame Cathedral and Saigon Post Office, two of the oldest buildings which were constructed by French colonist. Continue with the visit of the famous historic Reunification Palace where displays many pictures and weapons, especially with a basement right inside the palace. The next stop will be War Remnants Museum which shows the horrors and consequences of the war to people from the past to the present. Then we have sometimes to visit Jade Emperor Temple (Ngoc Hoang Temple) before enjoy shopping at the famous Ben Thanh market. This full day tour will bring you to visit some monuments and sites that
associate with Vietnam War in the twentieth century. Tour starts with pick up at
your hotel to depart for Cu Chi tunnels, about 60km away from Ho Chi Minh city
centre. The Tunnels were used by Viet Cong as their hiding base for several
military campaigns during the Vietnam War; functioned as an underground city
with numerous trap doors, storage facilities, weapon factories, field hospitals,
living quarters, command center and kitchens. Before entering the tunnels for a
real experience, you will view a short video film and presentation about the
construction of the tunnels and how it was built. After that travelers can try
to taste manioc which was the main food in Cu Chi during the war. For those who
interest, there is an opportunity to fire off rounds from an AK47 or MK16 at the
nearby rifle range.
Lunch will be served at local restaurant then we head back to the city centre.

South Vietnam’s President during the War and also the site of the end of the
Vietnam War during the Fall of Saigon on April 30, 1975 when a North Vietnamese
Army tank crashed through its gate. The last destination of the day is War
Remnants Museum where exposes the war crimes. This museum comprises series of
themed rooms in several buildings, with period military equipment placed within
a walled yard. Many photos, artworks and artifacts are displayed to show the
horror of the wars and their consequences to the people.

4- dinner cruise saigon river (OPHc4)
Dining while gliding along Saigon River with the historic Lady Hau cruise
would be an unforgettable memory to anyone. Restored from a rice barge that was
used to ferry goods to and from floating markets on Mekong River, today Lady Hau
cruise offers a unique dining experience. You will have about 2.5 hours on board
to relax on the open air decks and taste delicious authentic Vietnamese dishes
prepared by one of the Saigon’s most famous chefs while cruising along the
length of Saigon River with amazing views from its two banks.
The cruise route is approximately 24km: setting off from Bach Dang pier in
district 4, passing the colonial architecture of the Ho Chi Minh City University
of Transportation, followed by the Ba Son Shipyard, continuing in a north
easterly direction to pass picturesque Thao Dien area with its waterfront
villas, restaurants and bars that well decorated in fairy lights, contemplating
the view of Thanh Da island and its green patches of farmland along the portside
before making the return trip to the pier; disembark the Lady Hau and end the
